Madam Boss says no to #Justice4Memory

Madam Boss says no to #Justice4Memory

In what seems to be an extremely weird set of events, the Zimbabwean socialite popularly known as Madam Boss has strangely distanced herself from protests against child marriages. This seems to have happened in a Facebook Live video that she shot on Wednesday 11th of August 2021, at around 16:19, roughly 7 minutes and 30 seconds into the Video.

She is heard apparently reading something that references going to Protest Child Marriages at the Church Shrine where Memory Machaya died in labour at the tender age of just 14 years old.  This is in stark contrast to her apparent colleague Mai TT who alleged that she received death threats against herself and her children for daring to speak out against the barbaric practice of paedophilia that seems to be endemic in the church and has the Zimbabwean Government turning a blind eye for sake of Patronage and Votes in 2023.

Sadly Memory is not the only child to have died in labour in Zimbabwe and is likely not the last.  Especially when there are socialites who crave the Fame, the Glits, the Glamour and Lifestyle that comes with it and don’t take their responsibilities as trend setters and influencers seriously.  Indeed she is indeed entitled to be famous and stay away from certain issues.  However when it comes to issues such as the continued paedophilic tendencies that seem to be prevalent within certain parts of Zimbabwean society, with the Government turning a blind eye for the sake of votes, money and influence, a line has to be drawn and a standard has to be set.

Saying No to protesting for the rights of all children and especially girls where there is paedophilia is moral duty for all, especially those in society who are women with influence.  Sadly Madam boss seems to be willing to shirk her responsibilities in the same way Mary Chiwenga did when she was at the night of her powers.

We at Zimbabwe Freedom of Expression will support all who fight for rights of all, especially children.

Those shirking will be outed.

This time it’s Madam Boss, the Boss the Lady is the Boss Shirker.  No to Madam Boss, Justice for the People, Justice for Children.
